HDPE and polyurea spray liners for oilfield, landfill, agricultural and recreational ponds. We build the ground under the liner, install it, and stand behind it, across the Permian and Delaware Basins.
High-density polyethylene is the standard for lining ponds and pits. It holds up to produced water, chemicals and West Texas sun. We roll it out in panels and weld every seam into one continuous liner.
Polyurea is sprayed on as a liquid and cures in seconds into a tough, flexible, seamless membrane. It bonds to the surface and has no seams, which makes it a good fit for containment areas, odd shapes and repairs.
A quick guide. Every site is different, so we'll confirm the right system when we look at yours.

One crew from first look to final backfill, so nothing gets lost between contractors.
We look at the location, size the job and give you a price and schedule.
We dig, shape and compact the pond or pit and smooth the subgrade so nothing punctures the liner.
HDPE panels are deployed and seam-welded, or polyurea is sprayed in place.
Seams and coverage are checked, then the liner is locked into the anchor trench.
Fence, pipe and gates as needed, so the site is ready to use.
Send the location, what it will hold and a rough size. We'll follow up with questions and a price. Prefer to talk it through? Call us.
