Containment liners/Install & repair

Liners

HDPE and polyurea spray liners for oilfield, landfill, agricultural and recreational ponds. We build the ground under the liner, install it, and stand behind it, across the Permian and Delaware Basins.

HDPE Liner

High-density polyethylene is the standard for lining ponds and pits. It holds up to produced water, chemicals and West Texas sun. We roll it out in panels and weld every seam into one continuous liner.

WHERE IT GOES

  • Produced water ponds
Storage and recycling ponds on and off location
  • Frac pits & reserve pits
Lined to keep fluids out of the ground
  • Fresh water ponds
    Frac water and supply ponds
  • Landfill cells
Base liner for disposal and landfill sites
  • Pig & dairy farm lagoons
Waste and water containment for agriculture
  • Golf course & irrigation ponds
Water features and storage that don't leak

Polyurea Spray Liner

Polyurea is sprayed on as a liquid and cures in seconds into a tough, flexible, seamless membrane. It bonds to the surface and has no seams, which makes it a good fit for containment areas, odd shapes and repairs.

WHERE IT GOES

  • Secondary containment
    Around tank batteries and equipment
  • Tank pads & berms
Coated in place on soil, geotextile or concrete

WHY USE IT

  • No seams
One continuous coating, even around corners and pipe
  • Repairs & re-coats
Seal worn or damaged containment without tearing it out

The process

How a liner job runs

One crew from first look to final backfill, so nothing gets lost between contractors.

  1. Site visit & quote

We look at the location, size the job and give you a price and schedule.

  2. Dirt work

We dig, shape and compact the pond or pit and smooth the subgrade so nothing punctures the liner.

  3. Install

HDPE panels are deployed and seam-welded, or polyurea is sprayed in place.

  4. Check & anchor

Seams and coverage are checked, then the liner is locked into the anchor trench.

  5. Finish out

Fence, pipe and gates as needed, so the site is ready to use.
